  • All product prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated.

  • Product images are for reference; actual colors/textures may vary slightly.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

  • All content, images, and brand assets belong to HAPPYNOL and cannot be copied without permission. 

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • We ship pan-India through trusted delivery partners.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery timelines: 3–7 working days, depending on location.

  • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS or can be tracked on website once shipped.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If not, here’s how we can help:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: customized products, opened raw materials, and sale items.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products only.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days.

6. Payment Policy

  • We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • All transactions are securely processed with encryption.

  • Prices are inclusive of GST (if applicable).

  • For COD, additional charges may apply.

  • Our products are meant for DIY crafting and home use only.

  • Results may vary based on usage and external factors.

  • We are not liable for any misuse, allergic reactions, or accidents caused by improper handling of raw materials.
